pioneer in the cargo industry. He is a technocrat who has over 55 years of experience in the aviation industry
within India as well as internationally. Having had advanced flying experience in the US in the early 70’s, V.S
Bobba spent the following 18 years in Delhi with Lufthansa. Here he took on the responsibility of engineering
passenger and cargo aircraft that included 8707, 8747, DC8F, DC10, A330, A320 and many others.

Durgakumari Bobba holds her Masters Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh.
With over 25 years of experience in fund management, strategy planning, real estate, stock broking,
investment planning and management, Durgakumari is Director of Finance at Bobba Group and manages
manages accounts and administration of the company.

Director of IT Integration and Technical Management, Balajee Bobba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
Finance and Computer Engineering from San Diego State University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of
Of San Francisco. Having worked as a Senior Manager at publicly listed corporations, and with 8 years of work
experience behind him, Balajee has significant knowledge in financial reporting, information technology,
accounting, finance, capital management and operations. His background provides the board with a broad
expertise in financial and operational issues with an international perspective.

Chandrakala Bobba holds her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Carmel College Bangalore and a Masters in
Finance from London College of Economics. As Director of Marketing & Sales, she focusses mainly on
business development and strategy planning of upcoming ventures as well as expansion plans of the group.
